The West Pomeranian ICT Cluster Association helps companies acquire knowledge and expand business contacts. As the IT Cluster, we support the economic development of IT companies in the West Pomerania region. The expertise of cluster’s companies is broad and strictly connected with the development of modern technology.
We support the economic development of the region’s IT sector companies and enhance the attractiveness of West Pomerania and the city of Szczecin for employees, investors, local entrepreneurs and students. We do this through direct and intensive contacts with companies, which leads to new business projects.
We offer our internal system for ordering needed IT competencies and matchmaking needs.
Experience in conducting research:
- “Sector of modern business services in Szczecin” - IT Cluster surveyed the sector (November 2020 - January 2021); the study was commissioned by the Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency (ARMS sp. z o.o.).
- “Digitalization needs of local government territorial units” - aimed to diagnose the needs of local government units in terms of needed information and communication technologies (including hardware and software), the current degree of their use in the process of providing services by communes in the area of electronic administration, as well as the needs of municipalities in the development of digital competences in their employees and local communities (November 2020 - March 2021);
- “Analysis of the cooperation between clusters and regional self-government authorities in Poland” - IT CLuster conducted the study to determine the level of intensity of the relationship and areas of cooperation (February - March 2021).

- successfully carried out Polish-German cooperation under the project “Development of Polish-German cross-border cooperation”, which resulted in e-book, the project was partnered by WITENO GmbH (Science and Technology Park in Greifswald) (FMP COVID Interreg), 2021;
- The Cluster IT received the prize "Perły Biznesu" for the development of IT in the West Pomerania Region (2021);
