Welcome to the Regional Centre for Innovation & Technology Transfer
Who are we?
The Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer operates within the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. The Centre was established in 2008 on the basis of International Programmes Office functioning since 1999.
RCIiTT conducts counselling and training services for companies, researches, students and university graduates in the field of technology transfer, research and development funding and academic entrepreneurship support. Thanks to funding from the European Commission and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, some of our services are free of charge.

SUPPORTING RESEARCH MOBILITY TO POLAND
In the EURAXESS unit we provide free information regarding legal and administrative provisions related to foreign researchers coming to the West Pomeranian region. This is the place, where you will get information related to visas, taxes, work permits, as well as medical care, housing, education, Polish language courses and everyday life in Poland.
SALE AND PURCHASE OF TECHNOLOGY
We assist with the processes of sale, licensing and purchase of technology and know-how from companies as well as universities and research institutes in Poland and abroad. We also assist with the purchase or licensing of technology and know-how developed in the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. We search for tailored technologies and know-how in more than 60 countries around the world and we support the process of negotiating contracts of technology transfer and know-how.
THE SEARCH FOR FOREIGN PARTNERS
We have access to tools and cooperation systems enabling the search for business contacts in 600 organizations in over 60 countries around the world. We offer assistance in finding an international distributor, representative or agent for your business, creating commercial profiles, promoting your offer abroad, we also provide support with your first steps in the international trade.
THE SEARCH FOR RESEARCH PARTNERS
Participation in the international programs usually requires working with the international consortium. The process of creating a consortium has naturally entered the life cycle of the project and to be effective, it should be carefully planned. We assist with the development of individual profiles, so they become “visible to others” and witch searching for potential partners for research cooperation.

We offer access to the world's largest support network for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with international ambitions.
EEN has 3,000 experts across 600 member organizations in more than 60 countries, who work in chambers of commerce and industry, technology centres, and research institutes. We help to connect businesses with scientists interested in joined research projects, commercialization and innovation support services for the companies and research teams interested in growing.

RCIiTT cooperation offer
We are open to participate in EU funded projects. RCIiTT holds years of experience in various European and international funding programmes, including the European Research Framework Programmes. Among others, RCIiTT offers: assistance in commercialization of research results; collaboration and development of joint projects with other organizations (universities, research centres, technology parks, public administrations); engaging society, reaching end users and linking with policy makers.
