Our team consists of architects who are on a daily basis academic teachers at the Faculty of Architecture of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, as well as designers employed in design offices. We have experience and theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as equipment and computer sovtware that allow us to carry out various research tasks. A team of employees specializes in issues related to sustainable development and architecture; designing residential and public utility architecture, development of architecture in the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, especially in housing; designing energy-saving architecture with alternative energy sources in architecture. We also have extensive experience in designing revitalization of housing resources from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, taking into account ecological issues - eco-revitalization.

The expertise offered includes:
- analysis and evaluation of the designed and existing buildings in terms of their environmental performance and energy consumption with the use of design support programs: Ecotect, Grashopper, Rhino, Vasari and simpler computer software to calculate the energy balance of a building;
- energy analyzes of existing and planned facilities (energy balances, use of alternative energy sources, expert opinions and others);
- analyzes, the so-called life cycle LCA of materials embedded in an object and objects using digital technologies;
- designing, consulting and expert opinions in the field of revitalization of downtown quarterly buildings from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Eco-revitalization as a way of revitalization in the twenty-first century. What and how should be done in the revitalization process so that it is recognized as pro-ecological revitalization, and even carried out on the basis of sustainable development;
- designing, consulting and expert opinions in the field of multi-family and single-family housing - adaptation to the disabled.

The group is interested in cooperation in:
- energy-saving architecture; eco architecture; sustainable architecture;
- LCA (Live Cycle Assessment method) in architecture;
- modern and future houses and housing estates;
- eco - revitalization of residential tenement houses from the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century.

Our team, together with experts from the Netherlands (research grant), developed the first in Poland demonstration revitalization of downtown residential buildings in Szczecin.
