INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
Research conducted in the Department of Computer Science and Management focuses on issues related to modeling and design of decision support systems dedicated to production systems (covering production flow planning as well as milk-run systems routing and scheduling), supply chain networks (covering UAVs fleet mission planning and optimization of multimodal distribution systems), project portfolio management and other broadly understood scheduling problems.
Through the last 20 years Sagra Technology has been helping customers to get through the digital transformation. We have built a wide array of services around our products to make our offering unique to global companies from Pharmaceuticals & CPG industry.
The West Pomeranian ICT Cluster Association helps companies acquire knowledge and expand business contacts. As the IT Cluster, we support the economic development of IT companies in the West Pomerania region. The expertise of cluster’s companies is broad and strictly connected with the development of modern technology.
The research group of the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications consists of 16 researchers and experts representing different fields: navigation, geodesy, computer sciences, automation and control, IT, ICT. The group includes 3 professors, 6 Ph.D.’s, 3 assistants, and 4 experts. Three of the group members are master mariners.
